Rite of Confirmation

Catechism is a pastoral and educational ministry of the church, which, through Word and Sacrament, teaches the child and helps them identify more deeply with the Christian community and participate more fully in its' mission.

Confirmation marks the completion of a period of instruction in the Christian faith as confessed in the teachings of the Lutheran Church.

Carter, Kathryn, Megan, Owen, Sara and Michael make public affirmation of their baptism, and are welcomed as full partners in the ministry of the body of Christ.
