Worship on the Third Sunday of Advent
Welcome to worship at King of Glory Worship and Ministry Center in Carmel, IN!
On this Third Sunday of Advent, as we prepare for our Lord's birth, let us worship the one who brings us Joy!
This week we light the Candle of JOY. JOY comes to us as part of the fruit of the work of the Holy Spirit in our life. In this Season of Advent, it is important for us to know that the JOY God gives us is far more profound than mere happiness. The word “Advent” means “the Coming.” JOY is not only a fruit of the Spirit that grows in us, it is the coming of the PEACE we have in God’s salvation and the HOPE we have in the future. “JOY to the world, the Lord has come!” And He will come again!
If you are able, we invite you to join us for communion where you are! You may use any kind of bread and either wine or grape juice, so that you may also receive the body and blood of our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ.
