In Good Hands

Today we are reminded that some truths are hard to accept—especially when they ask us to look honestly at ourselves and loosen our grip on what we imagine belongs to us. In today’s Gospel reading Jesus exposes the danger of confusing stewardship with ownership. In the process He challenges us to build upon Him—our Cornerstone—by rooting our lives in God’s grace and bearing fruit in love.
