Worship During the Season of Lent

Welcome to worship at King of Glory Worship and Ministry Center in Carmel, IN!

On this Sunday during Lent, let us worship the one who keeps us steadfast in His covenant of grace!

If you are able, we invite you to join us for communion where you are! You may use any kind of bread and either wine or grape juice, so that you may also receive the body and blood of our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ.

- "The End of Religion" - Rev. Steve Albertin

- Many think that good religion is keeping the Ten Commandments. However, in today’s Gospel Jesus shows us that he came to end that kind of religion.

- Jesus angrily attacks such religion. If Jesus were to visit us, it would not be very pleasant either.

- Jesus attacks our attempts to make religion into something we do to please God.

- Instead Jesus offers himself, the end of religion and a new life of service.

- We now are FREE and GET TO use our lives to serve the world instead of always having to check on how well we are doing.

During Lent, we'll also gather on for mid-week worship and prayer at 7pm on Wednesdays, where we hear from the people who were there during Christ's Passion!
